Altar Servers
A team of boys and girls who serve Masses in St. Paul’s and on other special occasions like weddings and funerals. Those who volunteer for this special service receive training.

Church Cleaners
It takes a lot of care to keep our lovely church in good order. We are blessed in the team of ladies who keep St. Paul’s cleand and polished.

Church Grounds Group
This Group looks after the Church building and grounds and make proposals re: repairs and renovations. The Group has carried out major improvements to the church environs, such as paving and tree-planting, and will supervise continuing care and improvements to our church grounds.

Collectors & Finance Management Group
Not surprisingly, it costs to run a church and parish! Our team of collectors and our Finance Management Group assist in church collections, door to door in some areas, and also distribute envelopes. We are fortunate in having the generous support of the community, who contribute through the weekly envelope, in the offertory collection during Sunday Masses or by Standing Order or Direct Debit.

Eucharistic Ministers
Serve as Ministers of the Eucharist i.e. Distribute Holy Communion at Masses in St. Paul’s. On occasion they would also take Holy Communion to the sick. If you would like to offer yourself for this service please contact any of the Priests.

Through all the seasons of the year we love to see our church beautified with the best of blossoms. Many parishioners are kind enough to give flowers from their gardens. Hospital & Nursing Home Visitation
This group seeks to keep contact with members of our parish who are now living in local retirement and nursing homes, and hospitals.

Liturgy Group

Prepares for regular and special religious celebrations in St. Paul’s Church. The group seeks to enhance the quality of the liturgy and worship, especially by promoting active participation of the people.

Parish Finance Committee
Oversees the financial management of the Parish.

Parish Social Committee
The Social Committee has arranged a number of Parish Socials.

Parish Visitation Team
A team of volunteers visit the homes in our parish so as to maintain pastoral contact with our parish community, to welcome newcomers and provide information on the parish.

Sacristans

They look after the Church, prepare for various Masses and services, and assist enquirers at the sacristy.

St. Vincent de Paul Society
Each Monday at 7pm in St. Paul’s Church.The members of this group visit homes and give advice on home management. The Society can be contacted by dropping a letter into the Letter Box of the Meeting Room at the back of the Church or by Phoning: 051-352865.

Legion of Mary
Each Thursday 8pm in St. Paul’s Church. The aim of this group is to deepen prayer and faith with others by apostolic work, visitations to hospitals, those living alone, youth out-reach etc.
